Dr. Patrick Michael Kildea

 

Dr. Patrick Michael Kildea is an alum of the Georgetown University School of Dentistry, where he graduated in 1973 with a Degree of Dental Surgery (D.D.S). He is Board Certified in both Maryland and the District of Columbia.

 

Dr. Kildea is actively involved in the local and global community. He was appointed to the Board of Directors for Operation Smile in 1992 as well as the District of Columbia Dental Society in 1990. He served on the Georgetown University School of Dentistry Dean's Council from 1985-1988, as well as on the Admission's Committee from 1986-1987. He was the president of the Georgetown University Alumni Association from 1979-1980.

 

Dr. Kildea has been the recipient of various awards, including the Georgetown University Medical School Founders Award in 2012 as well as the John Carrol Award in 2003, the highest award granted by Georgetown University.

 

Dr. Kildea has been published in numerous dental journals, including the Journal of Oral Surgery. He has also presented several scientific presentations both nationally and globally, including a talk titled "Bone Lessons" for the Royal Society of Medicine in London, England.
